THE VILLA
The Villa Concept was to design the spaces according to Vastu-sastra along with modern elevation where the client came up with a lot of mix-match combinations between modern and traditional spaces. So the spaces are designed where all the spaces have a barrier with some pause element as pooja room between living spaces and kitchen.
The elevation is designed with the concept of solid and void which means the overall block composition has openings that can provide the client with a good quality indoor environment.and it also emphasis the entrance with harmony.

Bungalow
A bungalow with a balcony and glass elevation would be a modern and stylish take on the traditional bungalow design. The front elevation would likely feature a large glass wall or expanse of windows, allowing for an abundance of natural light and a seamless connection between the interior and exterior spaces.
The balcony would typically be located on the first floor, accessible from one or more of the bedrooms or a shared living space. It would provide an outdoor retreat for relaxing, entertaining, or taking in the views, and could be enclosed with glass railings to maintain the open and airy feel of the design.
The roof of the bungalow might be flat or have a low pitch, and could feature a rooftop terrace or garden for additional outdoor living space. The exterior finishes might include stucco, wood, or metal siding, with clean lines and minimal ornamentation.
Overall, a bungalow with a balcony and glass elevation would be a contemporary and sophisticated take on the classic bungalow design, with an emphasis on natural light, indoor-outdoor living, and modern style.

THE VILLA 2
the grand entrance, a Juliet balcony with a wrought iron railing catches your eye. This upper balcony boasts full-height French doors, their panes sparkling like gems.
Imagine pushing open the heavy, double doors and stepping inside. You're greeted by a flood of natural light streaming through the balcony. The high ceilings create a feeling of spaciousness, further amplified by the seamless connection between the interior and the balcony. Perhaps a plush rug extends out onto the balcony, creating a welcoming invitation to step outside.
The balcony itself offers a delightful space to relax and take in the view. Wrought iron railings provide both safety and a touch of elegance.expand_more Picture terracotta tiles underfoot, cool to the touch on a warm day. Potted plants with vibrant flowers might flank the railing, adding a splash of color and a touch of fragrance to the air.
This front balcony becomes an extension of the living space, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee while basking in the sunrise or a glass of wine in the cool evening air as you watch the sunset paint the sky.
